The Road to Hell is paved with Pumpkin Spice

Halloween is upon us!
I mentioned before that Fall is my favorite season, but the best thing about Fall is that Halloween is tucked neatly away in the middle of it. I love the abundance of candy. I love decorating the house in both scary and fun decorations. I love hunting to find new spooky trinkets or costumes. And the big night of having my porch all decked out in full sized mummies and other ghostly apparitions while kids come begging for candy. It is a holiday like no other when you can be whoever you like for a day and eat all the candy you can stomach without being judged.
But I think it might be true that I don't actually care for pumpkin spice. I like pumpkin pie, or pumpkin bread, or even roasted pumpkin seeds with a little salt over them, but I'm not too sure I've ingested anything that is labeled pumpkin spice that I've actually enjoyed.
